At the start of therapy and every 6 to 8 weeks, you’ll complete brief check-ins using:
PHQ-9 to monitor depression symptoms
GAD-7 to track anxiety levels
PCL-5 to assess symptoms of trauma and PTSD
These tools shows what is improving, what needs attention, and where to focus next.
