What If You Don't Need To Try Harder?
You Need To Work Differently.
Many people come to therapy after trying to make sense of what they're experiencing. They've reflected, read the books, learned coping skills, and gained a great deal of insight. Yet certain reactions, memories, or patterns can still seem to have a life of their own.
Sometimes the answer isn't more effort. It's a different way of working with what hasn't fully resolved.

N.E.S.T. (Neuroaffective, Ego State, Somatic Therapies, Temporal Integration)
For more than 20 years, my clinical work has taken me through outpatient clinics, inpatient programs, correctional settings, and private practice. Working across diverse populations, clinical concerns, and therapeutic approaches has broadened my clinical perspective and informed the way I practice today. It has also shaped the kind of therapist I am and how I want my clients to experience therapy.
Today, my clinical training focuses on complex trauma, EMDR therapy, Brainspotting, attachment-focused therapy, somatic approaches, and nervous-system regulation. I work particularly with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and emotional patterns that haven't fully shifted through insight or traditional talk therapy.
Many people who continue struggling aren't lacking effort or self-awareness. The trauma and emotional pain they're carrying may not have been fully processed in a way that allows the brain and body to finally let go of it.
When therapy reaches the emotional patterns underneath anxiety, depression, or reactivity, change can begin to show up in how you feel, respond, and move through everyday life.
That's why I approach every session with intention, paying close attention to what is keeping you from moving forward and where we can create the most meaningful progress.
If we work together, my goal is simple:
I want you to leave each session feeling genuinely different, and to notice that difference showing up in your everyday life.
Why EMDR & Brainspotting Became Central to My Work
EMDR and Brainspotting became the foundation of my work because I've experienced the depth of transformation these approaches can create, both in my clients' lives and in my own personal growth.
I believe in using methods that help people experience change, not just understand it.
These approaches offer ways to work with unresolved experiences and emotional patterns that continue to affect you in the present, rather than only talking about what happened.

The Intensive Therapy Experience OK/TX
For clients who want more focused time for their therapy, I offer EMDR/Brainspotting Intensives in Oklahoma and Texas.
Longer sessions over one or more concentrated days allow us to devote more time to specific goals and build momentum without the stop-and-start of traditional weekly therapy.
We begin with preparation and treatment planning, focus on your goals during the intensive, and include follow-up to support integration.

Yes, due to licensing requirements, I can only work with clients who are physically located in Oklahoma or Texas at the time of therapy session.
My practice focuses on individual therapy. I don’t provide court-mandated treatment or legal evaluations (custody, disability, ESA letters, fitness for duty).

I’ve chosen not to join insurance panels so therapy can focus on what is most helpful for your healing rather than insurance requirements. This approach helps protect your privacy, allows greater flexibility in how therapy is structured, and enables me to maintain a small caseload and continue advanced training in approaches such as EMDR and Brainspotting.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may receive partial reimbursement.
To help manage costs, some clients see an in-network therapist for regular sessions and work with me for EMDR/Brainspotting or intensives for specialized care.

$200 for a 60-minute session and $300 for a 90-minute session. EMDR and Brainspotting intensives of 2+ hours start at $450.

Weekly therapy offers consistency and continuity for working through complex issues like trauma and anxiety. Regular sessions allow us to build on each session, address challenges as they arise, and integrate what you're learning between sessions. Longer gaps between sessions can create a sense of disconnection from the work and may slow overall progress.
If you want more focused time for your therapy, I also offer extended 90-minute sessions and EMDR/Brainspotting Intensives of 2+ hours.
-
My goal is for you to leave each session feeling genuinely different. Not necessarily that everything is fixed, but that something has shifted. With consistent therapy, many people begin to notice changes in their thoughts, emotions, and everyday life within a few sessions. We’ll pay attention to those changes together and adjust our work based on what you need.

You will need a video-enabled device with a microphone and stable internet connection, such as a computer or tablet. Cell phone is not recommended for sessions, as the small screen can make it difficult to see handouts or follow eye-movement cues during EMDR.
